Kybalix is a UK business in formation, run by its four founders. This page says what we do with information about you — briefly, because there is not much to say.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us: your name, contact details, and what you wrote. If you answer our survey: your answers, which are anonymous unless you choose to leave contact details. This website itself sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
What we use it for
Replying to you, arranging conversations you asked for, and shaping our product plans. Nothing else.
What we never do
Sell your details, add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, or share your information with anyone outside the founding team — except where the law requires it.
Client work
Material shared with us for research engagements is handled under a signed agreement: encrypted, access-limited, and deleted or returned as the contract specifies.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: Info@kybalix.com. We will act on it, and UK data protection law backs you.
As we incorporate
As the company completes incorporation, this notice will gain the formal details (registered company information and ICO registration). The promises above will not change.
