Kybalix is a Glasgow business built by four founders who spent two years on one question: how do you make AI research trustworthy without slowing it to a crawl? The answer became a governing system that has now overseen more than 240 recorded research runs across four projects, kept a tamper-evident record of all of them — failures included — and produced three findings that outsiders can verify. We are incorporating in the UK and building the platform version now.

Designs the system and the method; leads the technical delivery of every engagement.

Operates the recorded runs and independently verifies the output — deliberately never the person who designed it. Runs the company’s operations.

Runs engagement delivery to procedure and builds everything a client touches, from report to platform front end.
