Built to refuse the wrong answers.
Most AI tools are built to produce answers. Kybalix is built to refuse the wrong ones. The system sits above the AI doing the work and governs what may be concluded — the same discipline whether the subject is quantum measurement theory, a market entry decision, or a supply chain.
One claim, start to finish.
Its rules are public.
Every conclusion must connect to its evidence.
Where the connection does not hold, the conclusion is refused, narrowed to what the evidence supports, or returned for more work.
Nothing verifies itself.
A result stands only when an independent system, governed by the same rules, reaches it separately.
Nothing is quietly lost.
Decisions, checks, refusals and dead ends are kept in a permanent record that detects any later alteration.
A report stated at the width of its evidence.
Every engagement returns a report in which each conclusion is stated at the width the evidence supports — no wider. Claims are marked as supported, narrowed, or refused. Beside each claim sits its evidence. Behind the report sits a permanent record of what was checked, what failed, and what was ruled out — so a colleague, an investor, an auditor or a regulator can retrace every step.
The evidence carries the claim as written. It stands, with its evidence beside it.
The claim was wider than the evidence. It is restated at the width the evidence supports.
The connection does not hold. The claim does not appear as a conclusion — and the refusal is recorded.
Methods private, results public.
The mechanisms that make this work are Kybalix’s core asset and are held as trade secrets — we do not describe them here or anywhere. Our results, however, are fully checkable: verification files let anyone re-run the checks without any access to our system. Methods private, results public. We think that is the right way around.
Four you are probably asking.
Is this just ChatGPT with extra prompting?
No. A prompt cannot refuse to run. Our governing system verifies its own integrity before any work begins and refuses to operate if a single check has been altered — it has refused its own creators. Its record detects tampering after the fact. Those are properties of engineered software, not of wording.
Who checks the work?
Never the system that produced it. Verification is a governed act by an independent AI system from a different maker, and its verdict is recorded permanently. Where a check can be written as a program, it is — so you can run it yourself. For the highest-stakes work, a qualified human expert review is available as an additional tier.
What happens to our data?
Client material is handled under a signed agreement, encrypted, access-limited to the founders working your engagement, and deleted or returned as your contract specifies. What our permanent record keeps is the decision history of the work — not your raw material. See our Privacy page; it is written in English, on purpose.
What fields do you cover?
The system is subject-independent — the same rules have governed work in quantum foundations and combinatorial mathematics without modification, and they apply equally to commercial, technical and policy questions. If your question has evidence, it can be governed.
